Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dheshaflow handles information for Wilders, including the Wilders website and mobile app (the "Service"). Wilders is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Summary
- You do not need an account to use the core fare-search features.
- Wilders does not ask for your Frontier account password, airline login, government ID, or payment card details.
- The mobile app performs fare searches from your device. Search inputs and scan results are primarily stored on your device unless you choose to contact us or use a hosted web version.
- Saved trips, watched routes, alert preferences, and your daily-check time are stored on your device. Price-watch alerts are generated on your device; we do not run a server that tracks your watches or sends you marketing.
- Notifications are optional. You choose whether to allow them, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
- Wilders does not currently use third-party advertising networks.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information you provide
If you contact Dheshaflow for support, we receive the email address, name, screenshots, diagnostics, route details, dates, or other information you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate bugs, improve Wilders, and keep records needed for security or legal purposes.
3. Information handled on your device, saved trips, and notifications
Wilders may store app preferences and functional data on your device, including theme selection, recently entered airport codes, scan settings, scan counters, cached search results, and similar app state. This helps the app work faster and remember your preferences. You can clear it by deleting the app, clearing browser data, or using device controls where available.
Saved trips and watched routes. When you save a trip or watch a route for price alerts, Wilders stores that itinerary, the route and date, the fares captured at the time, your optional target price, your notify preference, and your daily-check time on your device. This data stays on your device; it is not sent to Dheshaflow and is not tied to any account. Removing a saved trip or watch, or deleting the app, removes it. If you share a saved trip, your device's share sheet sends the Frontier booking link(s) to the app or contact you choose; Dheshaflow does not receive what you share.
Notifications. If you turn on price-watch or daily-check alerts, the app asks your operating system for permission to send notifications. Notifications are an optional, opt-in feature. When permission is granted, Wilders re-checks your watched routes from your device — when the app is open, when you reopen it, at a daily time you choose, and a few times a day in the background when the operating system allows — and may show a local notification on your device, for example when a GoWild fare appears, drops, or meets your target. These notifications are generated on your device from the public fare data the app already fetches; Dheshaflow does not receive your device push token, your watch list, or the content of your notifications, and we do not use notifications to advertise to you. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's settings or by turning a watch off in the app. Background checks are scheduled and rate-limited by the operating system (the timing is not guaranteed) and do not run while the app is force-quit, so some alerts appear only when the app is next opened.
4. Website and technical logs
If you use the Wilders website, our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, timestamps, and error logs. We use this information to operate the website, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage.
5. Third-party services
Wilders may connect to or link out to third-party services needed for the app or website to work, including airline booking pages, map services, font providers, app store payment systems, hosting providers, browsers, and operating-system services. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies. When you leave Wilders to book a flight, the airline's policies govern that booking.
6. Payments
If paid features are offered in the mobile app, purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Dheshaflow does not receive your full payment card number. We may receive purchase status, product identifier, transaction identifier, subscription or entitlement status, and similar records needed to unlock paid features, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with tax or accounting obligations.
7. How we use information
- To provide and maintain Wilders;
- To remember settings and unlock purchased features;
- To debug crashes, broken scans, and compatibility issues;
- To respond to support requests;
- To prevent abuse, fraud, or unlawful use;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
8. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate Wilders, with app stores or payment processors for purchases, with third parties you choose to open or use from the app, or where required to comply with law, protect users, protect Dheshaflow, or investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information.
9. Data retention
Information stored on your device remains there until you remove it. Support emails and related records are kept as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation, security, debugging, and legal purposes.
10. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at gowildersgo@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object, or appeal a privacy decision. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
11. Categories of personal information
Depending on how you use Wilders, the categories of personal information we may handle are: identifiers and contact data (such as an email address you send us for support); device and technical data (such as IP address, device/browser type, and error logs from a hosted website); app preferences and usage data stored on your device; and commercial/transaction data (such as purchase or entitlement status from an app store). We do not collect government IDs, airline passwords, or full payment-card numbers, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
12. "Do not sell or share" and targeted advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws. We do not use third-party advertising networks in Wilders at this time, and we have not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of minors under 16.
13. Your U.S. state privacy rights (California and others)
Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon), you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising (we do not do these), and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. To exercise any right, email gowildersgo@gmail.com. You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification, and you may appeal a declined request by replying to our response.
14. European Economic Area, UK, and other regions (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, Dheshaflow is the data controller for the limited personal information it handles for Wilders. Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (operating, securing, debugging, and improving Wilders and preventing abuse), your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port your data, and withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Wilders and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
15. Do Not Track
Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, Wilders does not respond to them. Wilders does not track you across third-party websites for advertising.
16. Children
Wilders is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
17. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the information we handle. No app, website, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
18. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Wilders changes. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide notice in a reasonable way.
