Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wilders, including the Wilders website and mobile app (the "Service"). Wilders is operated by Dheshaflow ("Dheshaflow," "we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Wilders, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wilders.
1. Acceptance, eligibility, and electronic communications
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract, to agree to these Terms. Minors may use Wilders only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
- By using Wilders you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
- You agree that we may provide notices and other communications electronically, and that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
2. What Wilders does
Wilders is an independent fare-search and trip-planning tool. It helps users compare publicly available flight information, including Frontier Airlines GoWild pass fares where available. Wilders is an information tool only. We are not a travel agency, airline, ticket seller, pass provider, or booking agent. We do not sell, issue, reserve, hold, confirm, change, or cancel airline tickets.
3. No airline affiliation
Wilders is an independent project and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to Frontier Airlines, Inc. or the GoWild! Pass program, or any other airline, pass, loyalty, or discount program. "Frontier," "GoWild," and related names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. We refer to them only to describe compatible fares and booking information.
4. No professional advice; you assume travel risk
Wilders provides general fare information for your convenience only. It is not travel, financial, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any fare, take any trip, or rely on any self-connection. You are solely responsible for evaluating fares, eligibility, timing, connections, baggage, and every travel decision you make, and you assume all risk arising from those decisions. Use Wilders at your own risk. Self-connections are separate tickets with no airline protection if a flight is delayed, changed, or cancelled; you accept that risk if you choose to book them.
5. Fares and availability change
- Airfares, taxes, fees, schedules, seat availability, routes, aircraft, booking windows, and fare rules are controlled by the airline and may change at any time.
- Wilders may show information that is incomplete, delayed, cached, unavailable, or wrong.
- Always confirm the final price, availability, passenger eligibility, taxes, fees, restrictions, and booking rules directly with the airline before making travel decisions.
- We are not responsible for missed fares, unavailable seats, failed bookings, changed routes, cancellation fees, baggage fees, seat fees, no-show penalties, missed trips, or other travel costs.
Saved trips and price alerts. Saved trips and watched routes are a convenience feature stored on your device. Price-watch and daily-check notifications are informational only and provided on a best-effort basis. They depend on your notification permissions, your device and operating system, network availability, and Wilders being able to fetch fares. Background checks are scheduled and rate-limited by the operating system, their timing is not guaranteed, and they do not run while the app is force-quit. Alerts may be delayed, inaccurate, duplicated, missed, or not delivered at all, and a saved fare may differ from the price you ultimately see. Do not rely on alerts as the sole basis for any travel or purchase decision, and always confirm the current price, availability, and rules directly with Frontier before booking. A "re-check" or alert reflects data at the moment it was fetched and is not a guarantee that a fare is still available.
6. Dependence on third-party websites
Wilders depends on publicly available airline websites and related third-party services that Dheshaflow does not own or control. This is an important limitation of the Service.
- If an airline changes its website, fare display, booking flow, route network, availability rules, anti-abuse systems, or technical behavior, Wilders may stop working, return partial results, return inaccurate results, or lose certain features.
- Scans may fail, take longer than expected, show stale data, miss fares, or be unavailable without notice.
- Dheshaflow may investigate and work to fix bugs, parser failures, and compatibility issues, but we do not guarantee that any issue will be fixed by a specific time.
- Some issues may not be fixable, or may not be commercially or technically reasonable to fix, especially if a third party changes, blocks, limits, or removes access to the information Wilders depends on.
- We do not guarantee that Wilders, any scan type, any fare type, any route, any booking link, or any specific feature will remain available forever.
7. Purchases and lifetime access
If Wilders offers paid features, the exact price and benefits will be shown at the time of purchase. A "lifetime" purchase means access to the purchased Wilders feature for the lifetime of the Wilders app or Service, subject to these Terms, app store rules, technical availability, and changes outside our control. It does not mean lifetime access to any airline fare, airline pass, route, booking system, third-party service, or future feature that is sold separately. It also does not guarantee that scans or integrations affected by third-party changes will always keep working or can always be restored.
Except where refunds are required by law or by the rules of the app store or payment processor through which you purchased, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests for app-store purchases are handled by the applicable app store under its policies.
8. App stores (Apple, Google) and your device
If you obtained the Wilders app through a third-party app marketplace such as the Apple App Store or Google Play (each an "App Provider"), the following applies:
- These Terms are between you and Dheshaflow only, not the App Provider, and the App Provider is not responsible for the app or its content.
- The App Provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; contact gowildersgo@gmail.com for support.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Provider gives no warranty for the app, and Dheshaflow (not the App Provider) is responsible for any product, warranty, legal, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
- You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or on any U.S. Government restricted-party list, and you will comply with the applicable App Provider's terms and usage rules.
- Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, may enforce these Terms against you. Where you obtained the app from another App Provider, that provider and its affiliates are likewise third-party beneficiaries to the extent these Terms concern your use of the app.
9. Changes to Wilders
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of Wilders at any time. This includes changes needed for security, legal compliance, app store requirements, airline website changes, technical limitations, abuse prevention, or product direction. We will try to maintain the core usefulness of Wilders, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or permanent availability of any specific scan, route, map, fare type, filter, or booking link.
10. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use Wilders and for all travel decisions you make. You agree not to: misuse Wilders or interfere with its operation or security; reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass paid-feature or purchase checks; scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Wilders data or output; use Wilders for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose; or use bots, scrapers, or automation outside the app's normal interface in a way that overloads, disrupts, or abuses Wilders or the third-party services it depends on.
11. Third-party services and links
Wilders may link to airline websites, app stores, maps, browsers, payment processors, and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, terms, privacy practices, errors, or decisions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Intellectual property
The Wilders name, logo, interface, design, software, and original content are owned by Dheshaflow or licensed to Dheshaflow. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Wilders for your own personal travel research. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Wilders or its output without permission. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in Wilders, including "Frontier" and "GoWild," are the property of their respective owners.
13. No warranties
Wilders is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dheshaflow disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Wilders will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, accurate, or compatible with every airline website or device. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dheshaflow and its owners, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost fares, lost trips, lost opportunities, data loss, or travel costs arising from or related to Wilders, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dheshaflow's total cumulative liability for all claims relating to Wilders will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Dheshaflow for Wilders in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$20.
These limitations are an essential basis of the agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dheshaflow and its owners and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of Wilders, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party right.
16. Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration or lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at gowildersgo@gmail.com with a short description of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to give us at least 60 days to resolve it informally.
Agreement to arbitrate. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Dheshaflow agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Wilders or these Terms (a "Dispute") will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as stated below. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for actual or threatened misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here prevents you from reporting concerns to a government agency.
Arbitration process. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms, and may be conducted by phone, video, written submissions, or in person at a reasonably convenient location. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, and the award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing gowildersgo@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name. If you opt out, the rest of these Terms (including Section 21) still applies.
17. Class-action and jury-trial waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Dheshaflow agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. You and Dheshaflow waive any right to a jury trial. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and may proceed in court under Section 21.
18. Time limit for claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to Wilders or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
19. Termination
You may stop using Wilders at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or to protect Wilders, its users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and the waivers above — survive.
20. Force majeure
Dheshaflow is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, outages, network or hosting failures, changes or blocking by airlines or other third parties, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or government action.
21. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law gives you additional rights. For any Dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Dheshaflow consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Your continued use of Wilders after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
23. General
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Dheshaflow for Wilders.
