Tell us what broke, where, and when.
Wilders depends on public airline pages, so route scans can fail when those pages change. Include the route, date, device type, and a screenshot so support can reproduce it.

Include your app version if you know it, your device type, origin airport, destination airport, travel date, and what you expected to see.
What to include
- The route or airport pair you searched.
- The date or date window you scanned.
- Your device type and app version, if you know it.
- A screenshot if the result looks wrong.

Quick checks.
A fare changed after I opened Frontier.
That can happen. Frontier controls final price, taxes, fees, seat availability, and rules. Wilders is a research tool and cannot hold or guarantee fares.
A scan stopped working.
Send the route, date, app version, and screenshot. If Frontier changed a page or blocked a technical path, a fix may take time and may not always be possible.
I'm not getting price alerts.
Check that notifications are allowed for Wilders in your device settings, that the watch's notify toggle is on, and that Daily fare check is enabled if you want the daily reminder. Live alerts are produced when you open the app, at your daily time, and a few times a day in the background when your device allows — the timing is set by the operating system, and nothing runs while the app is force-quit. Open the app any time for the latest price.
Can I request data deletion?
Most Wilders app data is stored on your device. Deleting the app, clearing browser data, or using device controls removes that local data. Email gowildersgo@gmail.com only if you want us to review or delete information you previously sent to support.
